Wind down with Vinyasa flow as you focus on postures with longer holds and connecting to your breath through transitions. Simply an opportunity to ground your awareness and move mindfully.

STRENGTH

Follow a 4-week structured Strength Program with an Upper & Lower Body Split. This class focuses on weights training, emphasising proper form and technique to help you increase strength.

SUPER SUNDAYS

Kick your week off with one of our Super Sunday sessions! Train along-side a partner and enter a 3 phase workout; strength, conditioning & team challenge! It is encouraged to bring your partner/friend for only $15.00!
